Refund & Return Policy

At Ten 20 Butchery, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality meats and products. Because we deal with fresh and perishable goods, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions below.

Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

  • Please check your order carefully upon delivery before signing for it.

Refunds & Replacements

We will gladly issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The product is delivered in damaged or compromised condition.

  • The product does not meet our freshness and quality standards.

Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

  • Any issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team.

  • Products must remain in their original packaging and must not have been opened or consumed.

  • Photos of the product may be required to process your claim.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed either as:

    • Store credit (for use on future purchases at Ten 20 Butchery), or

    • Direct refund to the original payment method (where applicable).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the issue is reported after 2 hours from delivery.

  • If the product was handled, stored, or cooked incorrectly after delivery.
