1. Service Area

• We currently sell and deliver products within Kuwait only.

• Orders outside Kuwait are not accepted.

2. Product Quality

• We take great care to ensure that all our meat and products are fresh and of the highest quality.

• Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. Please check your order upon delivery.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders must be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or in-store.

• Payments can be made online, by card, or cash on delivery (where available).

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is available daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

• Delivery times may vary depending on location and order volume.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

• If you receive the wrong order or if there is an issue with product quality, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the matter.

6. Customer Responsibility

• Customers should store meat products properly upon receiving their order.

• Ten 20 Butchery is not responsible for issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery.

7. Changes to Terms

• Ten 20 Butchery reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
